WHERE WE TRAIN

Though we do own equipment and have rented various spaces over the years, we are not a gym.
See our Locations page for a map of locations and addresses.

WHAT TO WEAR

Come dressed in whatever is comfortable for you to move in. As for shoes, we recommend athletic shoes that are at least mostly flat on bottom. If you're not sure what to wear, just wear whatever you would go for a run in. Don't forget to check the weather forecast!

WHAT WE EXPECT

BOOK in advance

If you don't book in advance, you won't be notified if there's a cancellation. Our scheduling system will allow you to book up to 2 hours before the class will begin, but we reserve the right to cancel at any time.

BE ON TIME

We understand that things happen (they happen to us, too). However, if you're more than 10 minutes late for class we cannot allow you to participate. This is for your safety, for others in class, and to keep our teachers on schedule.

BE RESPECTFUL

From the teacher(s), to your fellow practitioners, to property owners and even your own self. We want to make sure our classes are a positive experience for everyone. Be kind, supportive, and aware of your environment and the people within it. Get to know each other!

COMMIT TO THE TRAINING

Make a commitment to yourself: put the work in! Move daily, whether it's with us or away from us. You should attend at least one class each week, but we highly recommend coming more than once per week. Find time to share movement with others in your day-to-day life!

FINISH TOGETHER

"We start together, we finish together!" has been a phrase used in this discipline for a long time now. We try to make sure that no one is left working hard by themselves. If you see someone struggling, please be supportive and if possible, help them finish by continuing alongside them.

KEEP SAFE

This means being honest with yourself about your capabilities and limits. Our discipline is not meant to be dangerous - we take managed risks. If for your safety you need a substitute exercise or a different way to approach a movement, don't be afraid to ask. When dealing with injuries - we can't feel what you're feeling, so you are the judge, but "no pain, no gain" is not [always] one of our mantras. Please help to keep everyone and everything around you as safe as possible as well!

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your booking for a class at any time, but if you cancel late (24 hours for outdoor classes, 48 for indoors) of the scheduled starting time, you will be charged/deducted for that booking. For some classes the cancellation policy may differ, please read through information in the scheduling software.
